1. Introduction & Definitions

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds at 88hi are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase during identity verification or security review.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as the one used for the deposit.
• The name on the account must match the name on the payment account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only the user's own account may be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by the platform.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
• Attempting to use the same offer from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Each promotion may have its own terms — please read the details of the applicable offer.
• 88hi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The 88hi VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits. Each tier has different benefits — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% weekly cashback at Bronze to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

88hi is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. Our games are operated using certified technology to ensure every outcome is completely unbiased.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game outcome is affected by a technical error or server issue, the relevant game session will be cancelled and the funds used will be refunded. No winnings claims will be accepted under such circumstances.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own betting limits, which are stated in the game's guidelines. Exceeding the set maximum bet limit while playing with bonus funds may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules
